Changes to Approved Site Plan

Approved Site Plan Modification


Any modification to an approved site plan that was filed as part of a specific use permit shall be submitted to the Planning Department and reviewed in accordance with the minor modification standards located in Section 22.3.5 (F) of Title 22.

Additional Standards


In addition to the standards for a minor modification of an approved site plan, the following shall apply to modifications to an approved site plan filed as part of a specific use permit:
  • If the Planning Department determines that the modifications to the site plan change the basis for the initial specific use permit approval, the modified permit shall follow the normal specific use permit and site plan review process.
  • The Planning Department may determine that the modification to the site plan does not change the basis for specific use permit approval and issue an approval of the modified specific use permit.
