    Get set for success! Join us for a special day where we appreciate the most important part of what we do: you! Enjoy complimentary food and beverages. We will be offering a free examination for the guests of our patients when you bring in school supplies! This includes a complete history, consultation, exam, and Thermal Imaging Study. X-rays will be taken if necessary and are charged separately. • Bring in school supplies to be donated to your local schools! • Enter your name in our raffle to win a “back to school” door prize! • Get the chance to try a smoothie from our smoothie bar!
