  1. Downtown Edmond Old Fashioned Fall Festival

    October 25, 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM @ Festival Market Place

    Downtown Edmond Old Fashioned Fall Festival will feature pumpkin painting, a vintage tractor display, free horse-drawn carriage rides, a quilt display, live music by the Erica James band and other activities for children and families. This event will take the place of Trick or Treat on the Street. Donations will be accepted to benefit Wings of Edmond, a local non-profit organization that offers social, vocational and residential programs to enhance the lives of adults with developmental disabilities. Wings will also have pumpkins for sale at the event.

    Join season 15 NBC'S "The Biggest Loser" contestant (& Edmond resident) David Brown for a 5k like no other.

  3. Level 1 Amateur Radio Fundamentals and License Class

    October 28, 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM @ Edmond Community Center

    Join 710,000 licensed U.S. amateur radio operators or approximately 3 million worldwide to participate in the magic of radio wave communication. Amateur Radio offers such a wide range of activities that everyone can find a favorite niche. As one of the few truly international hobbies, ham radio offers the ability to communicate with other similarly licensed aficionados all over the world. Further, ham radio offers opportunities to serve the public by weather spotting or supporting communication in disasters and emergencies, and it’s a platform for scientific experimentation.

  2. Learn to Sew class @ the MAC for Youth

    October 28, 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM @ the MAC building in Mitch Park

    Ages 6-17 You will have lots of fun learning how to sew, thread and operate a sewing machine, cut patterns and more! There will be a new project each session you get to make and take home. Register 7 days before the class date.

    Ages 7 & UP For beginners and advanced beginners. A great introduction to playing the guitar! This class focuses on basic guitar techniques and gives students a firm foundation for reading music and playing in several genres. Bring your own guitar, music stand and electric tuner.
