  1. The Five Irish Tenors- Ireland Calling

    February 21, 7:30 PM @ Armstrong Auditorium

Following in the footsteps of the great Irish Tenor John McCormack, in a sensational program, The Five Irish Tenors fuse Irish wit and boisterous charm, with lyricism, dramatic flair and operatic style to bring you a unique Irish tenor concert experience. IRELAND CALLING is a celebration of the wonder and majesty of five of the most dynamic classically trained voices in Ireland. In this program, The lads take audiences on a soaring journey through the most beautiful songs in Irish folk tradition, including favorites such as Too-Ra-Loo-Ra-Loo-Ral, My Wild Irish Rose, Green Green Grass of Home and, of course, the beloved Danny Boy. The journey continues to America as the Five pay homage to eclectic artists as diverse as Frank Sinatra and the Beatles, Simon and Garfunkel and Billy Joel.
