Important Information

Mechanical Contractors: When purchasing a permit for the ductwork on new construction, it is important that you use the square footage determined by the City of Edmond’s Plan Reviewer. This square footage amount will be shown in the Message to Applicant field as Building Veneer Sq. Ft. at the beginning of the application process.

Electrical Contractors: If you are requesting a permit for an electrical upgrade, it will need to be approved by Edmond Electric before the permit can be issued. The permit will show a status of EEUPGRD and will not be considered a valid permit until it has been approved by Edmond Electric and the status has been changed to ISSUED.
