Who do I contact to locate water or sewer service lines?
The City does not locate or maintain records of service lines, however, we do keep records of the water and sewer mains, and the water meter and wye locations. Wye locations are sewer service connection locations. For more info, email us.

Does the city do lot surveys?
Lot surveys are conducted by Licensed Surveyors.
Does Oklahoma county maintain section line roads?
Section Lines roads within the city limits of Edmond are the maintenance responsibility of the City of Edmond. Oklahoma County has assisted the City on some projects.
Who do I contact if I live outside the city limits?
If you live in Oklahoma County you can call Oklahoma County at (405) 713-1361 for help in flood zone determination, planning, zoning, building inspections or for information about road maintenance.
How do you get permission to perform construction during late night hours and early morning hours?

Are there any variances to the stormwater & flood protection ordinance?
Variances are considered by the Stormwater Drainage Advisory Board and must be approved by the City Council. Contact our Hydrologist at (405) 359-4765 or via email.

Is a pre-construction meeting required prior to construction?

How are right-of-way dedication widths determined?

Is a vehicle access easement required to be platted?
