Review Process
Staff Review and Report

After
the application is received, the Planning Department will review the specific
use permit application along with the site plan and will give a report to the
Planning Commission on the date of the scheduled public hearing.
Planning Commission-Recommendation

The
Planning Commission shall study the specific use permit application, taking
into account all factors which it may deem relevant including, but not limited
to, the consistency of the proposed use with the Edmond Plan and whether the
proposed use serves to carry out the purposes of this Title.
City
Council-Final Action
-
The
City Council shall act to approve, approve with conditions, or deny the
specific use application based upon the criteria below.
