Board of Adjustment/Appeals

The Board of Adjustment/Appeals meets the first and third Monday of every month at 5:30 pm in the Planning and Public Works Building located at 10 South Littler. The board consists of the Chairman of the Planning Commission and four other members appointed by the Mayor and approved by the City Council who serve for three year terms. The purpose of the Board of Adjustments is to hear variances on Title 22 Zoning Ordinance for such items as height and setback. The Board of Appeals hears variances from the Building Code, Fire Code and Title 13 Utility Code for all other zoning codes.
