Edmond Economic Development Authority Board
The Board consists of nine board members. One of those is a City Council appointee whose term runs concurrently with the Council Term. The other terms are for three years. The purpose of the EEDA is to provide for the economic well-being of the citizen and of those public bodies that provide education regarding police and fire protection, parks, roads, utilities, culture, and the other quality of life components critical to a happy life. The EEDA is the prime facilitator and catalyst for economic growth and community development.
