Edmond Smoke Alarm Program
The Edmond Smoke Alarm Program, in a joint venture with area merchants, provides smoke alarms to residents within the City of Edmond. You can make arrangement through the Edmond Fire Department to have an alarm delivered and installed free of charge.

Smoke Alarms for Hearing Impaired

The Edmond Fire Department loans smoke alarms to the hearing impaired that live within our city. The difference between these alarms and standard alarms is that these have a strobe light in addition to the standard buzzer or horn. This light helps alert those who might not normally be alerted by a standard alarm.

To participate in Edmond's Smoke Alarm program, call us at (405) 216-7303 or by email.
