City Manager
Chief administrative officer of the City of Edmond who reports directly to the five-member Council similar to a CEO that reports to a Board of Directors. Responsible for all City personnel except City Attorney, City Treasurer and Municipal Judges. Carries out policy directives of the City Council. Prepares and submits proposed annual budget to the City Council.
