- Assisted in developing and implementing investment polices for the General Fund, Public Works Authority and Pension Fund.
- Improved reporting and tracking of investments through the implementation of new investment software.
- Implemented a program to provide cash management services to other city departments. Implemented one of Oklahoma's first credit card acceptance programs for payment of city services.
- Responsible for the competitive bid of the 457 Deferred Compensation Plan provider, and subsequent vendor change, which saved 457 Plan employee participants more than $135,000 in fees during the contract.
- Implemented lockbox operations for the City's Utility department to process customer mail payments, which helped to reduce personnel costs and streamline operations.
