- Implemented program for jailers to handle prisoner intake/release and prisoner management to keep patrol officers in service more.
- Developed and maintained the first Sex Offender Registry and assisted other Oklahoma Agencies in the development of their registries.
- Developed an evaluation system for determining the adoptability of animals in the shelter which eliminated euthanasia of adoptable animals. They are now held indefinitely while waiting for a home.
- Partnered with Paws for Life to develop Edmond's first volunteer program for the Animal Shelter
- Developed a fostering program for the animals at the shelter
- Assisted with the development and planning of Edmond's new animal shelter.
