*Guests that are camping in the group sites may use the sanitary dump station at Scissortail or Cottonwood at no extra charge.
Length of Stay
Unless granted permission, the maximum length of stay for a group in the group area is three nights.
Weather Related Cancellations
No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted due to weather.
Cancellation fees
- 10% of total reservation amount if requested with more than two weeks notice.
- 50% of reservation amount if requested in two weeks or less.
- 75% of reservation amount if requested within 48 hrs.
