Meeting Space
The Festival Market Place is a great pavilion for groups or individuals to have fundraising events and would also be a wonderful place for family reunions, weddings & receptions, concerts, craft shows and more. It is a 63' X 142' open-air pavilion with water, electricity, ceiling fans, plaza area and public restrooms.
It is available for rent except during the Farmers Market, some holidays** or other scheduled events. Below are the rental rates:

**The pavilion is not available to rent Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Eve,
Christmas Day, New Year's Eve & New Year's Day, Spring Garden and Produce Market, Farmers Market Season or October Garden and
Produce Market. This list is not inclusive, call for availability.
Peak Availability is April 15 – October 15
Off Peak Availability is October 16 – April 14
Please Note: A clean-up deposit equal to the rental rate is required. For all non-profit rentals, proof of official 501(c) status must be provided.
