Facility Rental
Yes, you can rent Pelican Bay for your private party!
We will begin taking reservations on April 21, 2008 from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m (Monday-Friday).
Reservations can be made in person at the MAC in Mitch Park or via phone by calling either (405) 216-7655 or (405) 216-7647.
Availability
Fridays 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Saturdays and Sundays from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Rec Express can be used to view availability online.
Guests
300 patrons max
Reservations
Reservations and event application required.
Fees
$480 rental fee; $200 deposit required with application
Catering
You can grill, cater your own event, or the Pelican Bay Café can be opened for "cash & carry" food concessions. Party Packs provided upon request as well.
Lifeguards
Pelican Bay will provide the lifeguards needed to meet the required lifeguard to guest ratio.
