New Public Safety Center Information Program

Edmond City Council approved a resolution to place a proposition for a new Public Safety Center on the ballot for Edmond voters for the November 4 election. Edmond residents will be voting on a new facility for the Police Department, 911 Call Center and Emergency Management personnel.

On Tuesday, Oct. 7th at 10:15 AM at the Edmond Senior Center, Chief Bob Ricks, Director of 911 Matt Stillwell and Deputy Chief Steve Thompson will provide answers to the questions that have been asked most frequently about the public safety center.

"Well Preserved" with Eunice Khorey is aired on Saturday morning at 7:00 on News Radio 1000 KTOK. Each week Eunice deals with the issues that impact the lives and well-being of our senior citizens and their families. The show is recognized throughout the metro area as an outstanding source of information for senior citizens and their families. The program was recently awarded the Outstanding Media Award from the Oklahoma Council on Aging.
