Volunteer at the Edmond Senior Center
At the Edmond Senior Center we have daily volunteer opportunities available. Share your talents with others by instructing classes, helping with the Senior Nutrition daily lunch program, fund raising, special events and much more.
To give of your time and talent is one of the greatest services one can provide. Without volunteers, it would be impossible for us to provide the quality programs that we offer.

Volunteer of the Month
Akbar (Baba) Azadpour
Baba has been a member of the senior center since January 1998.
He plays dominos most mornings at the senior center and he and his domino partner Leon Bailey were the champions of our spring 2008 Matt Peter's Memorial Domino Tournament.
If you are up for a game of chess, he will be glad to play you (a word to the wise, he is a very good chess player.) Baba also enjoys an occasional game of pool.
At lunch time Baba always helps serve drinks and lunch to members that are not able to go through the lunch line.
Baba thinks the Edmond Senior Center is a very good place.
