About Us
The responsibility of the Storm Drainage Utility is to improve the effectiveness of the storm drainage system within the City of Edmond and to safeguard the quality of the storm water runoff discharging into creeks, rivers and lakes.
Duties of this department include:
- Customer service,
- Design of various storm water projects and the administration of all SWAB-approved drainage improvement projects,
- Floodplain management,
- Long-range storm water management planning
- Storm water Quality
- Community Outreach
