*Based on the total number of dwelling units, whether jointly or commonly metered, occupied or unoccupied. The sanitary sewer charges are billed to the same account as the water meter that serves the building(s).
**For multiple commercial users, the minimum charge is based on the total number of units times the base charge, whether jointly or commonly metered, occupied or unoccupied.
