How tall can my neighbor's grass grow before they have to mow?

Grass or weeds cannot be above 12” in height as they can provide a hiding place for snakes, rats, spiders or other vermin. Tall vegetation can provide ticks, mosquitoes and other insects a place to multiply.

What can I do if my neighbor’s tree limbs are growing over my fence?

As a property owner you do have the right to trim trees or bushes that encroach onto you property. Any tree limbs or branches cut off become debris to be disposed of. Please call the Code Enforcement office to with any questions at (405)-359-4793.
