Under the provisions of Oklahoma State Statues Title 57, Section 584 the above listed meets criteria as an Aggravated Sex Offender due to being convicted of receiving a suspended sentence or any probationary term on or after November 1, 1999 for Child Abuse or Neglect of Child/Child Beating (when sexual abuse or exploitation is involved), Incest, Forcible Sodomy, Rape in the First Degree, Rape in the Second Degree, Rape by Instrumentation, Lewd or Indecent Proposals or Acts to a Child Under 16, or Sexual Battery of a Person Over 16, or any attempt to commit these crimes.
