Please Note: Under the provisions of Oklahoma State Statues Title 57, Section 593 the above listed meets criteria for as a Violent Offender due to being convicted of receiving a suspended sentence or any probationary term on or after November 1, 2004 for 1st Degree Murder, 2nd Degree Murder, Manslaughter in the 1st Degree, Shooting or discharging a firearm with intent to kill, use of a vehicle to facilitate the intentional discharge of a firearm, crossbow or other weapon, assault, battery or assault and battery with a deadly weapon or by other means likely to produce death or great bodily harm Assault with Intent to Kill, Bombing or any attempt to commit these crimes.
