Pickleball is now available at Kickingbird Pickleball Center

NOTICE: The Kickingbird Pickleball Center Courts are temporarily CLOSED due to KickingBird Golf Course renovations. We anticipate reopening these courts by Mid-December, 2021. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

There are other pickleball courts set up for public play located at:

  • Stephenson Park  (Littler and 4th Street)
  • Meadow Lakes Park (just west of Fretz and Winding Lane)

Please contact Parks and Recreation at (405) 359-4630 if you have any questions.

Pickleball BannerSince tennis activities have moved to the new Edmond Center Court, the facility located at the southeast corner of Danforth and Bryant has been designated for pickleball.

32 outdoor pickleball courts are available to the public for free from dawn to dusk on a first-come, first-served basis. Nets are provided but you will need to bring the rest of your equipment (paddle and balls). There are no restrooms or court lights available to the public. We ask that you park in the parking lot off Bryant (across from Homeland) when you come and play.

The Greater Oklahoma City Pickleball Club has reserved the outdoor and indoor courts throughout the week. However, a limited number of courts should still be available and they would love to have you play with them! Visit the OKC Pickleball Club website or Facebook Page for more information on specific scheduled times.

Future plans in this area include a new golf clubhouse, additional golf practice areas, and more parking for pickleball and golf. Some pickleball courts will be removed for the golf expansion, but the remaining courts will be resurfaced for pickleball only along with improvements to some of the surrounding amenities. These improvements are projected to begin in 2021.
