Zoning Code Information

The current Title 22 zoning ordinance was adopted March 1, 2007. Prior to that, the zoning code was last rewritten in 1972. All zoning and uses have been ‘grandfathered' into the new code. Therefore, all property zoned prior to March 1, 2007 will follow the zoning uses for the prior code. Site Plan and setback standards follow the 2007 code. See the 1972 Code - Uses Permitted.
