Initially you should receive a message telling you that we have your application in the database. From that point it can take up to two weeks or longer for your application to be reviewed by the recruiters and the hiring managers. If you are being considered for the position, you will be contacted directly. If you are not being considered, you should receive an email thanking you for your interest. You may always contact the HR office to check on the status of your application by calling (405) 359-4685.
Within the online application, there is a section titled Standard Application UPLOAD, this area allows you to upload a resume, cover letters, certifications, reference letters or anything that you would like to submit with your application. There is a maximum size of 5 MB for the upload. If you have difficulties uploading an item, you may contact the Human Resources office at (405) 359-4685.
If you are having difficulties utilizing the online application program, you may call the Human Resources office for direction on submitting an application either in their office or on another devise. The program is not user-friendly with mobile devices at this time, but it is something that we are working to improve in the future.
